Bragg Gratings Photosensitivity and Poling in Glass Waveguides (BGPP) Collocated with Nonlinear Photonics (NP)
Topical Meetings and Tabletop Exhibit

September 2-6, 2007
Loews Le Concorde Hotel
Quebec City, Canada

Hotel Reservation Deadline: August 1, 2007
Pre-Registration Deadline: August 10, 2007

The Bragg Gratings, Photosensitivity and Poling in Glass Waveguides topical meeting will mark the 29th anniversary of the discovery of Bragg gratings and photosensitivity. Special events will be held to commemorate this breakthrough and to highlight its widespread dissemination in the photonics world. In addition, the scope of this meeting has been broadened to include linear and nonlinear effects in structured fibers and photonic bandgap materials.

The Nonlinear Photonics topical meeting (formerly NLGW) brings together researchers working in all aspects of nonlinear optics in guided-wave and self-guided geometries. The development of new ideas and novel techniques in the areas of technology, phenomena, applications and theory are particularly emphasized.
